Najla AlShafiee possesses over 6 years of fashion event & exhibition management experience, having found her passion and enthusiasm for the industry early on while she was working in the finance sector in Qatar for over 20 years. Najla AlShafiee worked with Commercial bank for 15 years and with Al Khaliji Bank for 5 years after completing a Diploma in Architecture Engineering.
In 2012 she took a leap of faith and invested in a joint venture to establish & manage Art of Events company. After much success and achieved confidence in 2013, she independently opened her own company Villa Queen events. Till date the company stands firm offering event & exhibition consulting, management, her own designer multiband boutique shall be celebrating its 20th event this 2019. Najla AlShafiee has two signature exhibitions Villa Queen & IQLIT.

2014 - present day: Became member in the Council of Arab Business Woman.
2015 – present day: Executive member in the Council of Qatari Business Woman- Qatar Chamber.
Villa Queen is a multifaceted company made up events, exhibitions & a high end boutique which was established in 2014 Doha, Qatar.
The company has been hosting Arabia’s finest fashion brands at its signature quarterly exhibitions: Villa Queen exhibitions & IQLIT since 2014.
The collection of inventive concepts developed throughout the years is what sets them apart from the rest.
Villa Queen prides itself in its tireless dedication, passion, keen interest for commercial growth & most importantly, inspiring its clients that ambition is the spark that ignites every successful event. This all translates into Villa Queen relentlessly pursuing breakthrough ideas every time.

Welcome Message
When I was a young, I had many dreams and hopes.
Becoming a business woman was not easy for me to do. I was not born into wealth, but I grew up along with my dreams, ambitions and determination to become the successful lady I am today.
I made my dreams come true, observing them coming to life. I am a woman who never accepts defeat, and never finds things difficult to obtain. I simply loved and believed in everything I did. I educated myself many times, and learned more and more from those who have passion and determination, making them my mentors in the path of my success.
Some of you see me as an influencer and some others see me as a successful business woman, for what I have achieved; that makes me happy certainly. But what is important is how I see myself?
I can tell you that my ambition is still unconditional, and there is still so much I am looking forward to achieving in the upcoming years of my life. I pray that Allah may prolong my life so that I can achieve more in many several fields and to let my children be very proud of me even after I leave this life.

كانت لدي احلام وأمنيات كثيرة ومختلفة ولكن لم يكن من بينها بأني سأكون سيدة أعمال أبداً ولكن شاءت الأقدار ذلك.
لم يكن طريقي مفروش بالورود أبداً ولم أولد وفي فمي ملعقة من ذهب ولكن كبرت وكبرت طموحي معي.
بنيت أحلامي وكأني أراها أمامي تتحقق ولأني أمرأة عنيدة ولا أقبل بالفشل ولا أرضى بالهزيمة ولا كنت أستصعب أي أمر أريده فقد نجحت لأني وبكل بساطة كنت أٌحب ما أعمل، وأُتقن ما أعمل، وأُؤمن بما أعمل. فعلمت نفسي الكثير وتعلمت من أصحاب الإرادة والعزيمة وجعلتهم لي قدوة في طريقي إلى النجاح.
يمكن البعض منكم يراني اليوم قدوة والبعض الآخر يراني سيدة أعمال ناجحة لما حققته في مجالي وهذا يسعدني بالطبع ولكن المهم هو كيف أرى أنا نفسي ؟؟
أقول لكم بأن ما زالت طموحي بلا حدود وهناك الكثير الذي أطمح في تحقيقه والوصول له في الأيام القادمة من حياتي.
أتمنى فقط بأن يُمد الله في عمري لكي أحقق المزيد في مجالات مختلفة ولكي يفخر بي أبنائي دائما حتى بعد أن أفارق هذه الحياة.

Villa Queen Boutique had opened its doors in 2018 at the newly opened Tawar Mall. http://tawarmall.qa/ Its central location in the heart of Doha just 10 minutes away from the CBD & 20 minutes to HIA makes it a convenient & accessible shopping destination.
The boutique is a designer multiband store that features a select few fashion labels to cater to the modern Arabian woman.
Currently the boutique hosts fashion & accessory brands such as Hussein Bazaza, Thoub_q8 & Bhumika & Jyoti to mention a few.
